Refund policy

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  1. Services based on the reservation of a consultation time slot are non-refundable once the service has commenced.

  2. Clients may request a rescheduling of the consultation no later than 48 hours prior to the scheduled meeting by contacting us via email.

  3. Failure to attend the scheduled consultation or cancellation after the above deadline does not entitle the client to a refund.

  4. In exceptional circumstances, Concept 2 Wear may offer an alternative time slot or solution at its discretion, without obligation to issue a refund
